Community Energy Croydon is looking for pro-bono/voluntary support from a legal professional.

After receiving funding from the London Community Energy Fund (LCEF), CCE are developing their first two projects. They are seeking support in reviewing current documentation, and preparing lease contracts, Power Purchase Agreements and Community Share Offer documentation.

The work will allow CCE to increase solar power generation from community buildings, which in turn generates profit to help fund fuel poverty support and environmental education.

Ideally, they are seeking:

• Qualified lawyer or solicitor
• Background in renewable energy contracts/lease arrangements
• Able to provide ad-hoc legal support in our group
